Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Faithful Steps is a paid membership app. There is one plan — the Faithful Steps Membership at $19.99 USD per month. There is no free tier and no free trial.

Your membership automatically renews on the same date each month using the payment method on file until you cancel. Renewals are processed securely by Stripe.

You may cancel any time from Profile → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full member access until then. You can reactivate any time — your journals, walking history, goals, and community activity are preserved.

We do not typically issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact ministry support.

If a renewal payment fails, our payment processor will retry automatically over several days. Member features may pause until billing is restored; you can update your card in the billing portal.

Charges typically appear on your bank statement as FAITHFUL STEPS or a similar descriptor set by our payment processor.
